Eligibility
Our website and services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. By using our services or booking appointments, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Appointments & Deposits

Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is paid.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Clients must arrive within a 15-minute grace period; failure to do so may result in cancellation.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will always aim to accommodate, but clients must respect our booking policies.

Payments
We accept the payment methods indicated at the time of booking (e.g., credit/debit card, online payment, Cash). Full payment may be required for certain services or products.
Patch Tests
Patch tests are carried out upon request unless deemed mandatory for a treatment. Clients acknowledge that refusal of a patch test may affect treatment eligibility and results.
Consultation & Aftercare
Clients must complete consultation forms accurately and fully, and follow all aftercare instructions provided. Non-compliance may affect treatment outcomes.
Children & Health & Safety
Children must not be left unsupervised in the clinic and are not permitted in treatment rooms under any circumstances, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct
Abuse, harassment, or violence toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated. Illume Beauty Aesthetics & Skin reserves the right to refuse service or cancel appointments in cases of unacceptable behaviour.
