By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that Illume Beauty Aesthetics & Skin is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable to international shipments.

Shipping Policy - 

Order Placement

Orders can be placed either online via the Fresh Product website or directly in-store at Illume Beauty Aesthetics & Skin. Online orders are processed once payment is confirmed. In-store orders are processed at the time of purchase or arrangement with staff Optional Collection is also an option, lease communicate this with a member of staff.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your online order has been shipped. In-store orders are usually ready for collection or delivery as agreed at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for online orders and depend on the delivery location, the size and weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method. Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. In-store purchases may have delivery options arranged with staff.

Shipping Methods

We offer both domestic and international shipping for online orders:

  • Domestic (within the united Kingdom ): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs processing and destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Service Interruptions

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, postal strikes, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you of any known delays as soon as possible.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
